AJ is a passionate and motivated fitness instructor with first hand experience in weight management. Upon graduating from culinary school, AJ grew tired of being the biggest person in the room. 4 years and 115lbs later, AJ has since embarked on a personal fitness journey catapulting him into the fitness world. AJ’s proven track record of client satisfaction is attributed to his no-nonsense training style combined with his positive and uplifting attitude. AJ strives to achieve results through challenging his clients to reach their full potential
